Volunteer with the Golden Gate Audubon Society at the Bison Paddock of Golden Gate Park and help to restore the habitat of the White-crowned sparrow. Lend a hand with weeding and tending a garden of native plants that comprise a critical nesting and feeding area for this sparrow.
Please wear appropriate attire: closed-toe shoes, long pants, and layers of clothing. Meet at the middle of the Bison Paddock fence located on John F Kennedy Drive between 36th Avenue and Chain of Lakes Drive East.
