Turtle Team, a non-profit organization, collaborates with Miami Dade Parks to hold regular monthly clean-ups on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
Follow directions to Black Point Marina but do not enter the Marina, stay straight on 87th Avenue then park & meet at Pavilion 1. Wear appropriate sun clothes & bring water. Gloves are always recommended. Trash bags will be provided.

Great for families. Bring the kids and friends to beach cleanups and restoration projects. See where plastics end up and why it’s important to reduce plastic use and commit to more sustainable agriculture and fishing with less adverse human impact.
Be sure to RSVP, sign a waiver (if applicable) and check with the mentioned organizer to confirm details in advance.
