Mountain Lake Park Monthly Volunteer Event
Join the Mountain Lake Park Volunteers and RPD gardeners in beautifying this large neighborhood park with many recreational amenities: children’s playground, tennis courts, green lawns, a natural lake and extensive walking paths.
- Volunteer gardening tasks include native plant restoration, pulling invasive weeds, cleaning up the dog run, and occasional planting of trees.
- Tools and gloves are provided.
- Please wear closed-toed shoes, long pants and layers.
- The event will occur rain or shine.
- Meet at the Children’s Playground near the Lake St & 12th Ave entrance to the park.
