Join the Friends of Garfield Square Park at a volunteer work party from 10 am- 12 noon. Meet your neighbors and make new friends at this recently renovated park in the heart of the Mission District. Volunteer work will focus on horticultural maintenance and litter abatement. All supplies, tools, and gloves are provided. Please wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and layers. The event will occur rain or shine. Meet at the entrance to the soccer pitch area located at 25th & Harrison Sts.
