Are you looking for ways to get involved in your local community? Maybe looking to grow your network personally and professionally? The Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale invites you to participate in one of our legendary beach clean-ups on April 8th, 2022 at 9:00 AM. Meet us on Fort Lauderdale Beach at the intersection of Las Olas and A1A. Water and Granola Bars will be provided.
Parking: Las Olas Parking Garage. 200 Las Olas Circle

The Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale prides itself on training new members to be effective volunteers and leaders in our community. Our organization provides women with the opportunity to participate in comprehensive training programs and workshops that encourage an understanding and appreciation for the Fort Lauderdale area. As a member of the Junior League, you will meet like-minded women, participate in impactful projects, expand your leadership skills, and make lifelong friends. Membership in the Junior League is an invaluable networking and professional development opportunity and we are excited to share it with you!
Prospective Members must meet the Junior League’s objective criteria to be considered for membership:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reside in Broward County or within a 40 mile radius.
- Possess an interest in volunteerism and a commitment to community service.
- Possess an interest in developing her potential for voluntary community participation.

Great for families. Bring the kids and friends to beach cleanups and restoration projects. See where plastics end up and why it’s important to reduce plastic use and commit to more sustainable agriculture and fishing with less adverse human impact.
Be sure to RSVP, sign a waiver (if applicable) and check with the mentioned organizer to confirm details in advance.
