Maui Intro Scuba Diving w/ Turtles

This is a unique diving experience to see turtles while scuba diving. New divers and certified divers are welcome. You must be able to swim for this experience and age 10 & older. (We offer another experience for beginner swimmers / non-swimmers called Maui Scuba Diving for Beginners.)

This experience is aimed at seeing Turtles and hopefully lots of Turtles. Your experience will start at Olowalu Beach on the West Side Maui in the Lahaina area. There you will be briefed for 15 minutes on the fundamentals of scuba diving. Then you will go into the water and practice using the scuba equipment and complete three basic scuba diving skills in shallow, pool-like conditions, in the water. After the completion of the three scuba skills, you will go on a fun dive to a maximum depth of around 30 feet around the reef.

• You will get a full set of scuba equipment including a mask, fins, snorkel, and wetsuit

Requirements

• You’ll need a photo that matches the one on your ID to confirm who’s actually going on this experience
• Guests ages 10 and up can attend, up to 4 guests total

What to bring 

• Drinking water
• Towel
• Sunscreen, put on prior to arriving so it doesn’t run in your eyes
• Swimwear including rash guards if you own them
• Optional- wetsuit, snorkel, mask, or fins
• Optional- Cash for tip if you enjoyed your experience and would like to tip

• Please let us know if you are experiencing any current medical conditions that could limit your ability to swim, climb a ladder, support your own weight, or do cardiovascular activity in the open ocean. Your safety is our number one concern!

• Cancel up to 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time
